Chick West is an authentic
Texas gentleman. He is a man who has never met
a stranger and has a smile for all. Chick counts
among his multitude of friends and acquaintances,
people from all walks of life, interest and backgrounds.
He is affectionately known by many as “the
mayor of Memorial City”…a term bestowed
upon him because he seems to know just about everyone
in the area.
Chick is the business and operations hub at Peggy
West Properties. Drawing on his years in the business
and finance, his leadership is an invaluable asset
of the company. His background includes 25 years
in banking including owning a bank in the Dallas
area. His investments in residential properties,
apartments and strip centers show his continuing
involvement and interest in the real estate industry.
Hailing originally from Luling, TX, home of the
annual “Watermelon Thump” Chick still
has a warm spot in his heart for central Texas.
One of his favorite Saturday past times is hitting
the road with his best friend and wife, Peggy,
and heading to City Market in Lulling for arguably
the best Barbeque in Texas, and most likely the

Houston has been Chick’s home for over 40
years now. His son, Robert, is his pride and joy.
Chick and Peggy love traveling aboard and around
the US, movies, fishing, current events and kicking
back on a romantic beach anywhere! |
